4 months ago, I put the stainles steel cable tie wra around the CAT heatshield where the rusted area around the nut was gone. Now it was the other side and this time, I didn't catch it on time to put the cable around it. And this is the result! Maybe I should have put both side with the cable tie wrap and this wouldn't have happened. :(

It fell down, toward the road, so it caused it to bunkled up and jammed up the CAT exhaust on the left.
